這次合作讓Cityline通過整合線上購票與線下取票,令Trip.com及攜程旅行的用戶,能夠在香港、澳門及中國內地的Cityline自助服務機網絡輕易取票。

Cityline與旅遊服務平台Trip.com Group於2025年9月8日在香港舉行簽約儀式,展開為期五年的戰略合作關係,這亦是Trip.com Group首次與香港及澳門的主要票務供應商,簽署戰略合作協議,透過雙方在旅遊及門票銷售的豐富經驗,將旅遊與觀影結合,打造升級體驗。
Cityline將通過整合線上購票與線下取票,使Trip.com Group及攜程旅行的用戶,能夠在香港、澳門及中國內地的Cityline自助服務機網絡輕易取票,為用戶提供更流暢的票務體驗。
Cityline執行董事兼總經理林永存指,雙方在發揮各自的優勢下,定必能為用戶打造更便捷、更貼心的票務體驗。「憑藉攜程龐大的旅遊網絡,配合Cityline的技術及經驗,把線上與線下體驗深度整合,我們將共同開拓大灣區市場,讓不同地區的用戶也能欣賞香港、澳門及大灣區的多元化演出。」

Cityline and travel service platform Trip.com Group held a signing ceremony in Hong Kong on 8 September 2025, launching a five-year strategic partnership. This marks Trip.com Group's first strategic cooperation agreement with a major ticketing provider in the Hong Kong and Macau markets. Drawing on the extensive experience of both companies in travel and ticket sales, the partnership aims to combine travel with entertainment experiences to create an enhanced offering.
Cityline will integrate online ticket purchasing with offline collection, enabling Trip.com and Ctrip users to easily collect tickets at Cityline's self-service kiosk network across Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China, providing users with a more streamlined ticketing experience.
Mr Marcus Lam, Executive Director and General Manager of Cityline, stated that by leveraging each party's strengths, they will certainly be able to create a more convenient and thoughtful ticketing experience for users. "By combining Trip.com Group's extensive travel network with Cityline's technology and expertise, we are deeply integrating online and offline experiences. Together, we will explore the Greater Bay Area market, allowing users from various regions to enjoy the diverse performances in Hong Kong, Macau, and the Greater Bay Area."
